Are these parts COTS or built to a MIL-STD?

Guerrilla RF's military / defense portfolio is COTS (commercial off-the-shelf). Parts are built on the same wafer process and qualified to the same automotive (AEC-Q100) standards as the broader catalog. They are NOT individually qualified to MIL-STD-883 or radiation-hardened, but the broad operating-temperature range and reliability data make them suitable for many tactical and ground-deployed COTS military systems.

What tactical radio bands do these parts support?

The catalog covers the radio bands relevant to tactical communications: HF / VHF / UHF (3 MHz–1 GHz, two-way and SINCGARS-class), L-band (UHF SatCom, MUOS), S-band (TT&C, ground-to-air), C-band (point-to-point microwave), X-band (radar, SatCom uplinks), and Ku/Ka-band (SatCom and millimeter-wave). What's the operating temperature range for the COTS portfolio?

Standard parts are characterized over -40 °C to +85 °C. AEC-Q100 grade-2 qualified parts (-W suffix) extend to +105 °C. Selected parts cover grade-1 (+125 °C) for under-hood automotive and high-temperature ground applications — check the SKU's data sheet for its specific qualified range.

What ITAR considerations apply?
