The GRF2081 is a broadband, linear, ultra-low noise amplifier designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance RF applications requiring the absolute lowest possible NF, high gain and outstanding linearity.
The device features an integrated shutdown function which places the device into a high-isolation shutdown state.
