The GRF0110 is a 50 watt (P3dB) unmatched discrete GaN-on-SiC HEMT which operates from DC to 6 GHz on a 50 volt supply rail. The device is housed in an industry-standard Air Cavity Ceramic Package (ACC). Applications include cellular infrastructure, radar, communications, test instrumentation, and can support CW, linear and pulse operations.  Lead free and RoHS compliant.
