Guerrilla Search™
Amplifier Search Engine
Frequently Asked Questions
There are a few things to consider. First, try only entering your DC Supply, the min application frequency, and the max application frequency. If you get results, then you can sort the results table to see which product best meets your other criteria, and then refine your search.
If you still do not get results, then consider narrowing up your frequency band. We assume you want a single RF tuning match, so we take into account fractional bandwidth. Some of our amplifiers can be tuned with a single match to cover a very large fractional bandwidth, but others are more narrow band.
If you still don't get results, try a different DC Supply. Perhaps we don't have an amplifier that covers your frequency band at the DC Supply you are requesting.
We've collected extensive room temperature data on all of our amplifiers at different power supplies and frequencies. As we release new amplifiers, we add them to the database.
The search engine returns products that either meet, or are close to meeting, your requirements at room temperature. The search engine will sometimes return products that are just outside the requirements you entered on the search form. We put margin in the search criteria because we don't want you to rule out those products before taking a closer look.
For that information, you will need to click on the product number link in the results table and go to the product landing page. There you will see a link to the product data sheet.
We use the center of your frequency band to find data for each of the products in the table. If we don't have data at the exact center of your frequency band, we interpolate between the two closest frequencies in our data set.
The price is what you would pay, per unit, if you bought a single reel of the product. Reels come with 1500 or 2500 units, and you can see that information in the search results table. If you buy more than a single reel, then there are volume discounts that you can discuss with our sales team.
