The GRF5115 is a high linearity PA /Linear Driver with low noise figure (NF). It delivers excellent P1dB of up to 2 watts along with high efficiency and low NF. The device is tunable from 26 to 2700 MHz with typical fractional bandwidths of 5 to 10%.
The device can be biased over a range from 2.7 to 5.0 volts (VDD) and IDDQ can be adjusted for optimal linearity and efficiency.
