Double-Balanced Mixer with Integrated LO Buffer

The GRF7042 is a broadband tunable balanced mixer with integrated LO buffer that can be used as either an up or down converter.

Requiring a single-ended LO input, the device has differential RF and IF inputs. The integrated LO buffer is operated from a single positive supply of 1.8 to 5 volts for both V_DD and V_ENABLE inputs.
