Meet Our People
When I started Guerrilla RF, I wanted to build a company that I would have loved to work for earlier in my career. From Day 1, I wanted work life balance to be a core feature of working at Guerrilla RF. This is why we have an unlimited PTO plan and why I'm proud that our parking lot is mostly empty by 5:15 every afternoon.
With many large companies, employees may relate to being a replaceable cog, churning in "the machine." We want Guerrilla RF to feel like a family business - respectfully working together towards common goals, but also caring for each other on a personal level.
I enjoy the environment I work in at Guerrilla RF. Individuals are highly motivated to succeed and encouraging of one another.
I have been with GRF for over 7 years now and I have been impressed to see that you can get the job you want if you are willing to work for it! At Guerrilla RF, we are the creators of our own destiny. Once we have determined our goals, we make them happen!
Being a part of this incredible team of bright and motivated people has opened so many doors for me, not only in my career, but also in my personal life. I never could have imagined a better work environment filled with opportunities in the engineering world and am so thrilled to be a part of this quickly growing work family.
Guerrilla RF to me is a learning environment. No matter what role you are placed in when you start here, you're going to have the chance to learn a multitude of other skills.
It's great to work for a company that puts the customer first. By taking care of our customers, we are being rewarded with incredible growth
Guerrilla RF has given me the freedom and flexibility to develop a new area of expertise in my engineering career. I really enjoy the close-knit camaraderie of a start-up and the excitement of being an integral part of a fast-growing company.
