Ryan PrattFounder, CEO
Ryan has two decades of RF semiconductor experience. His experience includes Director of Engineering at Skyworks, Greensboro design center (which he founded), Engineering Manager of RFMD's Network Components Product Line Wi-Fi front end group, and RFIC design engineering positions in RFMD's Digital Cellular Product Line, Infrastructure Product Line, and Network Components Product Line Wi-Fi group. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
Mark has over 23 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He began his career at RF Micro Devices in 1997 as a RF Characterization Engineer and contributed to the company's incredible growth. During the next 14 years, he managed Product Engineering and Production Test Development teams in the RF Transceiver and Multi-Markets Products groups. Mark worked 8 years at Triad Semiconductor in the role of VP of Operations. During this time, customer shipments increased considerably with individual part numbers shipping over 10M units annually. He enjoys the crucial relationships collaborating with APAC manufacturing partners and is committed to serve Guerrilla RF customers well! Mark earned his BSEE degree from West Virginia University.
Kellie brings a unique perspective to the company, blending technical and business expertise as part of her leadership skillset. She originally entered the semiconductor industry as an integrated circuits (IC) design engineer, creating a variety of RF and microwave devices along the way. Kellie joined RFMD (which later became Qorvo) in 1992 as one of the company's very first design engineers. She quickly advanced within its technical ranks, eventually managing a global team consisting of applications, design and product engineering. Her leadership skills were later harnessed for product line management, and she led teams which focused on GPS development, RF filter technology, and broadband infrastructure. Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and a certificate in Executive Business Management from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.
Dr. John Berg, CPACFO
John has over 35 years of experience as a financial management executive, both in public accounting as well as in industry. John served as the corporate controller of Sara Lee Branded Apparel and the Director of Finance at RFMD. He is a member of the AICPA and NCACPA. John is a North Carolina CPA and has his BS in accounting from UNCG, an MBA from High Point University and an MSA from the University of Connecticut.
