Which 5G NR bands does the catalog cover?

Parts in the infrastructure portfolio cover the primary 5G NR FR1 bands (sub-6 GHz): n5 / n8 / n12 / n14 / n28 / n71 (low band), n2 / n3 / n25 / n66 (mid-low), n7 / n30 / n38 / n40 / n41 / n90 (mid-high), n48 (CBRS), and n77 / n78 / n79 (C-band). Additional broadband parts extend coverage above 6 GHz for FR2 millimeter-wave applications.

What's the difference between FR1 and FR2 part requirements?

FR1 (sub-6 GHz) is dominated by linearity requirements — high-PAPR OFDMA waveforms with up to 100 MHz channel bandwidth demand strong OIP3 and OP1 to keep ACLR inside spectral mask. FR2 (24–52 GHz millimeter-wave) is dominated by integration density and beamforming requirements — matching networks become parasitic-limited, and arrays need many channels in a small area. Different parts target each regime; the High Frequency Gain Blocks family covers FR2 millimeter-wave.

Are parts available for massive MIMO (mMIMO) transmit chains?

Yes. The catalog supports active antenna unit (AAU) and remote radio head (RRH) designs at 64T64R / 32T32R / 16T16R configurations with high-linearity gain blocks and linear drivers in small packages. Do you support fronthaul and backhaul applications?

Yes. Point-to-point microwave fronthaul (typically 6–42 GHz) and millimeter-wave backhaul (E-band, V-band) are supported by the high-frequency gain block and linear driver families.
