Broadband LNA/Linear Driver
GRF2103 is a broadband low noise gain block designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance applications. With simple external matching, it exhibits outstanding broadband NF, linearity and return losses over wide fractional bandwidths with a single match.
GRF2103 is part of Guerrilla RF’s single SAW filter satellite radio solution where it functions as the first-stage LNA over 2320 to 2345 MHz. In that application, the device input match is focused solely on NF and not on input return loss.
