High Efficiency Wideband Power Amplifier
1452 to 2200 MHz
The GRF9317 is a high gain, two-stage InGaP HBT power amplifier designed to operate over a contiguous band of 1452 to 2200 MHz, thus covering all mid-band cellular frequencies with a single tune. When used in conjunction with digital predistortion (DPD) and crest factor reduction (CFR), the device delivers up to 22 dBm of linear output power with better than 25% efficiency over fractional bandwidths exceeding 35%.
Please consult with the GRF applications engineering team for custom tuning/evaluation board data.
