Power Amplifiers
The GRF5608, GRF5617, and GRF5621 are the first of a series of new ½W linear power amplifiers being released as part of Guerrilla RF's expansion into the cellular market.
These new InGaP HBT amplifiers were designed specifically for 5G wireless infrastructure applications requiring exceptional native linearity over temperature extremes of -40℃ to 85℃. The series can deliver up to 27dBm of linear power while maintaining ACLR levels of better than -45dBc without the aid of supplemental linearization schemes like DPD.
Each device has been tuned to address specific bands within the cellular spectrum, making the entire series ideal for a multitude of consumer and commercial end products within the 4G/5G marketplace.
