Low Current LNA/driver w/Bypass

The GRF2374 is an LNA/driver with low-loss, linear bypass designed for high-performance general purpose receive and transmit applications up to 3.8 GHz.
The LNA/driver is operated from a single positive supply of 2.7 to 5.0 V with typical bias condition of 3.3 volts and 15 mA.
